Having worked in both client and contractor organisations I have an excellent understanding of construction contract law and obligations, various types and management of them. I can select, write, invite, prepare, submit and manage tender processes and documents including major infrastructure subject to public utilities competition rules (or OJEU). I can keep control of budgets and change and manage your project programme so that it is delivered to time, quality and cost targets. If you are having a dispute or need some help adjudicating a claim, I can provide independent advice. I can manage your planning and building control approval process. I can negotiate appropriate conditions and the discharge of them with the planning authority and ensure your contributions and commitments under section 106 or Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) measures are appropriate and deliver the best outcome for both you and your local community. I can organise diverse large groups of people into effective teams focussed on your project objectives. Whether you already have a team of architects, quantity surveyors, engineers, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders, or if you are not sure who you need to engage, I can help bring them together.
